A typical presentation is less than 30 minutes with a brief multimedia introduction, discussion about my experiences in writing and producing this “unauthorized” tour (armchair or on-the-water) of the all the Seattle area’s billionaires’ homes. Most of the program is a Q&A session.

Island Books has the book at the top of its 2009 bestseller list! And the book was available only five months of the year! Book signings start at King County Libraries. Dykstra exhibits, signs and sells books at the Big Seattle Boat Show, the largest boat show on the west coast. LW 130 Homes is Boat Show’s top selling Book.

Aug 12 – Kickoff book signing at Island Books. Over 200 books are sold by the store in the first two weeks and it is the store’s most first week sales of any book in the last decade.
